Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a mix of experiences during our stay at the hotel. The location is nice with beautiful scenery, and the rooms were clean, but communication was a significant issue as most staff didn't speak English. While we enjoyed the variety of food at meals, the language barrier made our stay frustrating. We met a standout staff member who was incredibly helpful, but overall, the service could definitely improve. I wouldn't say it was worth the high price we paid.
The hotel had its highs and lows during my stay. The scenery around the property is absolutely beautiful, and I enjoyed the spacious rooms. However, the lack of English-speaking staff made communication quite difficult, and the dining experience was disappointing with some meals being cold. It feels like it’s marketed as a 5-star resort, but in reality, it falls short in several areas.
The hotel boasts impressive architecture and a stunning lobby, but the experience is marred by poor communication, with minimal English-speaking staff. The dining experience is chaotic, and the beach, while accessible, is composed of painful gravel instead of sand. Despite a few nice amenities, the overall experience left much to be desired, and I wouldn't return even though it has potential.
My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the room was spacious and modern, the service was lacking significantly, and the dining options were disappointing at best. The location is decent for getting to the beach, but overall, I don't feel it was worth the money spent.
